CARE INSTRUCTIONS
WASHED
When washing your Bed Bath & Beyond sheets, use a gentle wash and spin cycle. Continuous use of detergents containing bleaches, bleaches and optical brighteners is not recommended as they may discolor or weaken the cotton over time. Avoid fabric softeners as they artificially coat the natural fibers that need to breathe.
DRYING
We love dry sheets, however, New Zealand's intense sunlight can cause whites to turn yellow and colors to fade, so avoid direct sunlight if possible. A drying horse for indoor drying works well.
If tumble drying, use a gentle setting and avoid overloading. Extreme or prolonged heat dries out natural fibers, making them brittle and lifeless over time. Natural drying is always better.
IRON CLOTHES
The best time to iron is when the bedding is slightly damp as it will be easier to iron. While ironing sheets is awesome, it's not essential.
Set your iron to cotton and use steam as needed. We do not recommend spraying starch, as it coats the cotton, preventing it from breathing.
STORE
Cotton is a natural fiber and needs to breathe. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

Method of delivery
Online orders are delivered by PBT couriers and require a signature on delivery for tracking.
We only ship to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Be sure to send your order to an address where someone is available to sign it. If you weren't available to sign for an item when our courier called, we'll leave a Business Card (usually found in your mailbox) at the delivery address. This card details when delivery was attempted, the number, and what you need to do to resend the items.
What are my options for resending the item?
You can choose one of the following options:
- Pickup at a nearby PBT depot
- Redirection to another address (for example, you can send it to your work during the day)
- Forwarding to the original address (good if you know that you will be available at the address to sign for the delivery)
To avoid inconvenience, consider redirection options to another address where you will be available to sign for the item or pick it up at a nearby PBT warehouse.
Note: We will not attempt to re-deliver until we hear from you.
If you decide you want PBT to attempt redelivery, but are happy to have the package delivered to the address if you are not there, call PBT to arrange redelivery, then complete the "Drop Freight Agreement". (package)" from the card to call and leave in the mailbox.

Definitely not worth the money I paid, even on special. The sheets are rough, they're also very sheer and thin so I imagine they probably wouldn't last even a wash season. What bothered me the most is that the elastic is so bad that it doesn't hold the sheet to the mattress, it's like there's no elastic at all.
